AVN Awards made it rain porn stars in Las Vegas last weekend

AVN 2016 has captivated adult entertainment fans for years, but this year they seem to have outdone themselves! Taking on the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with 4 days of porn stars, entertainers and fans is enough to make memories that last a lifetime. This year’s AVN Award Show was even more amazing than any other in the past, with an extended red carpet throughout the entire casino leading up to the showroom for fans to get up close and personal with their best nominees and winners of this year’s awards. There were four red carpets; one strictly for still photography and others for interviews and personal shots with the entertainers.

AVN hosted a red carpet cocktail party with an additional red carpet with open bar and lounge space for the entertainers to relax before they enter the Joint for the Award Show. Featured on that carpet was Porndoe and adult empire interviewing entertainers. This was our chance to get really up close and personal with our favorite star and ask the most intimate questions. This year was the year of the selfie, therefore VNewz placed media representatives throughout the show and expo to take personal selfies with their favorite performer and link it to their social media.

We were able to unwind before the show with stars like Nina Heartley, Tee Reel, Lex Steele, Kinky Gaga, Max Hardcore and lots more! Celebrity performance this year was by Waka Flocka and lots of industry greats came out to enjoy the show like Mally Mall, DJ Quick, Coolio, Shreddz, Zab Judah, Frank Triggs who was security for Elsa Jean and more. The greatest feature of each award show is the variety of talent and categories that they introduce us with. This year the BBW’s seem to have been making a big name for themselves in the past few years and it is obvious that they are going to dominate categories for a long time.

This year top award winners include Shyla Jennings for All Girl Performer of the Year, Karla Lane for BBW Performer of the Year; Tommy Pistol won Best Actor for his role in Stryker by Digital Playground and Pulse. Other top award winners include Penny Pax for Best Actress, Angela White, Alexis Texas and Anikka Albrite for Best All Girl Group Sex Scene in Angela 2 by AGW and Girlfriends.
