LETS TALK ABOUT HAIR

I am certainly not trying to start mess. I just want to know how many brothers out there truly enjoy weave. I know many of you ladies swear by this weave thing. It allows you to have long flowing hair, when most of us can not grow it that long. Is it so important to have LONG hair?

I just found out the other day that many men who have them long ass dreds.....is weave....WTF.

Men how do you prefer your woman to wear her hair, permed, long, short, braids, wigs, weave, natural…etc?????????????

First of all I think our sisters spend way too much time, effort and money on hair.


Lets talk about hair. Ladies, do you think you spend too much time money and effort into your hair. Ladies do you choose hairstyles on what you like, or what society dictates is IN STYLE.

With or without a weave...I feel beautiful, it's just sometimes I like to enhance my beauty for myself, not to impress anyone else, just to make me feel better. Now if I wore the same weave everyday...that would be just insecurity running my world.

Well I beg to differ. The only money I spend on my hair is for products. I wear a weave when I want to enhance my look. For some reason it makes me feel better about myself (as do getting my nails done). When I'm down and need a pick me up. I don't call a man...I go to Starbucks for a Caramel Frapaccino with extra caramel, a rice crispy treat and stop by the beauty shop. Grab me a pack of hair, a relaxer, glue and some kemi oyl. If I got extra money to spend I go the nail shop (next to a massage and facial getting my nails and feet done is the best treat for me..!) When I'm done...I feel much better. I know its temporary but when you don't have anyone around you to make you feel special, or good about yourself, you have to do those things for yourself. With me it's a simple makeover. Even if it's for a day, week or month. I feel a little better than I did before and I am encouraged to get up everyday and fix myself up...
