The company was formed in 2007 at the start of the Great Recession. Our mission was to leverage the latest technology with a bright, energetic, computer-savvy talented team of professional receptionists and administrative assistants to deliver an amazing business process outsourcing solution for small and medium sized businesses. Word quickly spread about this great group of friendly, outgoing, motivated ladies… that we all about “wowing” callers with outstanding service. Soon live web chat, web concierge, email handled and text services were added to the service mix and over the coming year the company quickly doubled and doubled again in size.

What started as a small service dedicated to giving a competitive edge to its clients, quickly grew into a team of capable, intelligent (over 80% of our receptionists and agents are college educated and over 40% have earned their degrees), eloquent and competent staff members able to assist our members to aid their customers and prospects over an entire range of communication channels.

Not Your Typical Answering Service

The founders of LiveOffice24.com are serial entrepreneurs that have built previous call centers, answering services, contact centers and security monitoring centers. Over the years they developed a keen sense of understanding where traditional answering services fell short. Traditional large call centers focused only on the largest fortune 1000 type companies that could outsource an entire call center or support center where employees worked only for one client. This left small and midsize business stuck with limited function answering services and unable to compete with companies offering 24/7 customer care and multi-channel communication such as chat, text and email.

Our founders dreamed of a service staffed by a really fantastic team that could solve the overhead problems in today’s early stage start-up companies, small businesses and professional service companies, such as law firms, accounting agencies, property management companies, etc. We developed the way to enable business owners focus on their core competencies and order fulfillment, while reducing head count and increasing their customer care across the new wave of communication channels. Today our cheerful tech- competent receptionists are helping companies across the USA and Canada to be more profitable, more competitive and most importantly, to dazzle their customers and prospects with a truly outstanding front office that costs less than 30% of the cost of in-house personnel.
