Jalin Seabron, a 23-year-old man, was fatally shot by a Douglas County deputy on February 8, 2025, outside the Main Event entertainment center in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Bodycam footage, released by Seabron?s family through their attorney Tyrone Glover, contradicts the Douglas County Sheriff's Office's statements. According to the footage, the deputy commanded Seabron to "drop the gun" three times within a span of just four seconds before firing nine shots. Seabron, who was attempting to protect his family, including his pregnant partner, was shot eight times in the back on his 23rd birthday without a reasonable opportunity to comply.
