MISSION
Provide alternate career paths and leadership skills for active high school students through communications, production and mass marketing. Bridge the gap between schools, programs and students. Boost community and family support in all efforts by exploring areas of internet marketing, design and social networking.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the30 minute television production is to provide a cutting edge ongoing show produced by high school students covering local events and reporting. The high school hosts will interview guests, discussing current issues and professional resources available for high school students. This production will introduce teenagers with alternative paths to expand their future talent and career options. This opportunity implemented as an extracurricular program available throughout the entire school district would build upon our overall mission.

Auditions will be held for show hosts and production assistants will be determined upon assignments such as writing, directing, camera operators, technicians, sound and lights. Students will have an opportunity to learn hands on skills including marketing, design, programming, advertising and more. This production will be produced and broadcast by high school students through a curriculum based platform.

Teen Voices is in pre-production stage where volunteers and active high school affiliates are currently producing a pilot. Pilot and production is scheduled to air on commercial broadcasting networks in Las Vegas in January 2011.
