This is the shocking moment black partygoers leapt for cover as a white neighbor sprayed them with a hose at a surprise birthday dinner hosted by a prominent New York City doctor for his sister. The 19 revelers filed a lawsuit against Marcus Rosebrock this month alleging he used the tactic as a tool 'reminiscent' of 1960s Birmingham, Alabama - when white cops would use fire hoses to break up black civil rights activists. The video, from Queens, New York City, was shot at around 9:50pm on a Sunday night in September 2022 and released on Wednesday by their attorneys. They appear astounded by the incident and are seen wiping away the initial spray of water from their faces.
