The suspect, Esteban Lowery, fired 16 shots in less than 7 seconds. Officer Davis, fearing he would injure employees in the building, didn?t fire any shots but instead deployed his taser. The craziest part An army soldier who was doing a ride along with Davis managed to subdue Lowery and strangle him to death.
