The Legendary Funk/Soul/Rock/R&B band "FUNK FORCE" is looking for a new backup singer. You read right!

Since former back-up singer "Willy "Wet" Green" left the group to sing 2nd lead for "Ronald Watson & The O'Dells" there has been an opening for a backup singer.

Think you have what it takes? Send a head shot, a youtube link of you singing while performing your best dance moves and a short paragraph as to why you think you fit in the Funk Force to [e-mail] with the subject "I Want to Get Funky" and we'll forward your info to the members of the group. About the group: Funk Force has been around since 1982 smashing on the scene with their hit party starter "Girl Don't Play Me, Play My Song". They have a long career that has seen them go thru the ups and downs of the industry.

Consisting of members Rell "Big Bass" Battle (Lead Bass), DJ "Slick" Sidekick (keys), Ron "Lightfoot" G (Choreographer, Percussionist), Esau "Quick Draw" McGraw (Lead Guitar, Harp, Harmonica) & Pookey "P Funk" Wigington (Lead Singer) they bring a new wave funk to the music landscape. They were recently ranked #4 on The Wave's top 100 bands of all time.

Currently on their "Eastside Tour" with dates in Watts, Long Beach, Lynwood, Compton, San Pedro & more.
