LIFE TIME ATHLETIC INTRODUCES INSANITY BY BEACHBODY CLASSES

For fitness enthusiasts ready to kick their workouts into high gear, Life Time Athletic Summerlin has a new group fitness experience for Las Vegas: INSANITY. Developed by renowned fitness trainer and choreographer Shaun T and Beachbody, LLC, Life Time Athletic Summerlin is among the first fitness centers to take the popular DVD workout off the screen and into the studio as a group class.

 

Following the popularity of the at-home DVDs, Beachbody has partnered with Life Time Athletic to offer the INSANITY class in athletic clubs across the country. INSANITY requires its participants to perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.

 

Each INSANITY workout keeps members constantly challenged as they alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at their max. Classes at Life Time Athletic Summerlin are already in high demand, with several class times available in 30 and 45 minute workout sessions throughout the week.
