Special Barbeque Menu Items Now Available Every Friday

 

Barbecue fans can ditch the office early for Friday Barbecues at Park on Fremont. Every Friday, the Downtown venue kicks-off the weekend with an old-school grill out starting at 3 p.m. until close.  

 

Patrons can relax in Park on Fremont’s rustic dining area and blossoming outdoor patio to enjoy delicious items including BBQ wings, tossed in a spicy dark ale sauce and served with BBQ ranch dressing; the BBQ Steak Salad, served with field greens, romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, avocado, roasted red peppers and BBQ ranch dressing; and the half-rack of slow-cooked baby back ribs, smothered in tasty BBQ sauce. Guests can also sip on the hot spot’s signature barbecue cocktail, the Hot Fuzz. The spicy concoction mixes Stoli Hot Vodka, ginger beer and fresh lime.

 

Park on Fremont spruces up Downtown Las Vegas with innovative bar fare and an eclectic art collection set in a laid-back area for dining indoors and antique tables in a lush garden outdoors. The rustic 2,500-square-foot interior boasts dark woods, a reclaimed herringbone floor and a 1960s-era jukebox. Out back, plants and flowers overtake the landscape of the patio, creating objects d’art from eroded items such as a footed bathtub overlooking the outdoor bar and a Cinderella-style carriage situated on the rooftop.

 

 The gastropub offers a flavorful menu including Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches, Cali Mex Burgers and Philly Mac and Cheese Steaks. The drink menu offers a wide variety of beer selections from around the world, distinctive gin and vodka selections, specialty bloody marys and cocktails served in mason jars.
