This is the shocking moment black partygoers leapt for cover as a white neighbor sprayed them with a hose at a surprise birthday dinner hosted by a prominent New York City doctor for his sister. The 19 revelers filed a lawsuit against Marcus Rosebrock this month alleging he used the tactic as a tool 'reminiscent' of 1960s Birmingham, Alabama - when white cops would use fire hoses to break up black civil rights activists.
