The character is depicted trying to catch some fish, and he looks characteristically cute and creepy. Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old Tuesday with the killing of another teen in Gastonia over the weekend. Family members said Zaquavious Dawkins, 16, was running errands for his mother Sunday night when he was shot three times in the back on North Chester Street.
