Celebrity Impressionist Rich Little Donates $100,000 to Heaven Can Wait Animal Society for the 11th Annual Memory Walk

Rich Little attends Lose A Pound With Your Hound” on Oct. 23 to be a part of the solution

 

LAS VEGASOctober 18, 2011 Celebrity impressionist Rich Little joins Heaven Can Wait Animal Society to pay tribute to the more than 30,000 shelter animals that were euthanized in 2010 with the “Lose A Pound With Your Hound” Memory Walk on Sunday, October 23 located at Bunker Park. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the walk starts at 10 a.m.

 

Little will be at the event to showcase his support as well as to donate $100,000 to the organization that brings awareness to the devastating amount of cats and dogs that are euthanized each year.

 

With his commitment to the animal community, Rich Little will join families and their furry friends in the festivities of the day including paw painting, food, music, mobile dog grooming and much more. Pet owners can also “Buy A Collar For A Dollar” to be a part of the chain of collars that will be displayed during the walk to represent the thousands of animals that have been lost due to euthanization.

 

Pre-registration for the walk is $25 and it is $30 the day of the walk. A family four pack is offered at $40 while children under the age of five are free. To register online or to start a team visit hcws.org.
