TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate the arrival of 2014 with holiday selections available Tuesday, Dec. 31 and Wednesday, Jan. 1. In celebration of the New Year, Executive Chef K.C. Fazel will add two selections to the menu, the TENDER Rossini and Lobster and Japanese Wagyu Kobe Filet Mignon. The TENDER Rossini and Lobster, priced at $95 per person, includes an 8-ounce grilled Black Angus beef filet mignon served with roasted foie gras, truffle Madeira sauce and more than one pound of braised Maine lobster. The Japanese Wagyu Kobe Filet Mignon priced at $105, is an 8-ounce grade A5 filet from Japan. Fazel also will serve Winter Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes, white truffle-infused mashed potatoes topped with fresh shaved black truffles, priced at $20.
TENDER Steak & Seafood, the American a la carte steak restaurant using small-farm and seasonally produced ingredients, is located at Luxor Hotel and Casino. At least six people on board the plane have been killed, and multiple casualties have been reported on the ground. The plane crashed on Friday at approximately 6:30 p.m. near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in northeast Philadelphia, an area that includes Roosevelt Mall and several homes, according to officials and local media. At least six fatalities have been reported, according to journalist Steve Keeley, who is at the scene. However, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has preliminarily indicated that only two people were aboard the plane.
