Project Take Over

 

The big hype of MAGIC MARKET WEEK is The Project Show.  This season drawings of Project President Tommy Faziohas accomplishments lace the contemporary sportswear and premium denim tradeshow.  Most anticipated brands include Threads and Fins along with UNIV, with Tim Swart and Sal Masekela, laying out brands complete with a 25-foot mobile RV.  Also appearing Hurley, Hang Ten, Katin USA, Mollusk Surf Shop and Paste.  The skate and street fashion Project MVMNT makes a big splash with SSUR brand and pop-up shops like Rhude, Stampd LA, Cotton Citizen and Fear of God. 

Diamond Supply celebrates its 15^th Anniversary at MVMNT with designer and creator Nick Diamond.  If that’s not enough, boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be on deck with his brand Money Team also hosting a boxing ring meet and greet.  The Money Team partnered with MVMNT to give a way two tickets to his upcoming sold-out fight against Canelo Alvarez.  Rapper, actor and entrepreneur T.I. will be feature his clothing brand Akoo, rapper Wiz Khalifa features his namesake brand and rapper Tyga with Last Kings.

 

The TENTS @Project cater to designer and high-end contemporary labels in a beautifully merchandised white landscape with a strong American fashion vibe with the most influential brands, retailers and media affiliates.  The perfect contemporary community with Hugo Boss, Jason Scott, Theory and Mother Freedom joining Michael Bastian, Public School and lots more.  Vespa will be giving away 100 Vespa keys with one lucky winner of A VESPA CAR and The Edit by Tommy Fazio will showcase top 2013 season picks.  The Edit is also featuring 12 custom-designed surfboards designed by Tommy Fazio, Tim Swart and Masekela with proceeds donated to STOKED.  Marcus Troy will choose a team of bloggers to implement #BLOGGERPROJECT Awards to honor the best emerging brands, denim, TENTS, footwear, swim/active, collection and FAN FAVORITE.  Winner will be awarded an engraved bottle of champagne from LVMH announced exclusively with The Blogger PROJECT media partner.
