Indiana Pastor Arrested After Caught On Camera Punching A Child Off His Bike… Screams Death Threats & Chases Him Down

On January 25, 2025, 45-year-old Jason Harrell of Indianapolis was arrested after doorbell camera footage captured him assaulting a 14-year-old boy riding a motorized bike in the Heatherwood Estates neighborhood. The video shows Harrell pulling up in a white van, verbally threatening the boy, pushing him off his bike, and punching him while he lay in the snow. Throughout the encounter, the boy remained calm, addressing Harrell respectfully as "sir." Following the incident, Harrell was charged with felony intimidation and two misdemeanor counts of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was taken into custody and is currently held in the Marion County Jail without bond. Harrell has pleaded not guilty, and his next court appearance is scheduled for February 25. The boy's mother, Britney Schwitzke, shared the footage on social media to raise awareness and caution neighbors about Harrell. She mentioned that Harrell, a local business owner, had previously expressed frustration with neighborhood children riding motorized bikes.
